伴随着市场竞争的日趋激烈化,现代企业竞争的残酷性越来越大,现代企业的竞争依靠的是人才竞争,人才对于企业的重要性日趋凸显。做好人才管理工作,企业才能不断获得人才资源,提高企业发展创造力和创新力,为企业的发展赢得竞争的雄厚资本。本文对企业组织人事工作进行简单探讨,对目前企业人事管理工作存在的普遍问题进行归纳,并提出个人的建议,对于帮助企业做好人事管理工作,尤其是中小企业人事管理工作具有积极的参考价值。
With the increasingly fierce market competition, the cruelty of competition in modern enterprises is getting bigger and bigger. The competition of modern enterprises depends on the talent competition. The importance of talents to the enterprises has become increasingly prominent. Do a good job of talent management, companies can continue to access human resources, improve enterprise development creativity and innovation, for the development of enterprises to win the competition of the abundant capital. This article briefly discusses the organization and personnel work of enterprises, summarizes the common problems existing in the current personnel management work, and puts forward personal suggestions.
