对型钢翼缘外伸的空腹箱形型钢混凝土梁进行了竖向荷载作用下的试验研究,变换纵筋配筋率、腰筋配筋率、配箍率等参数,分析空腹箱形型钢混凝土梁的承载能力、破坏形态、箱形型钢与混凝土的共同工作效应。试验研究表明型钢翼缘外伸的空腹箱形型钢混凝土梁的整体性能好,具有较高承载力、良好的延性,外伸翼缘箱形型钢和外包钢筋混凝土梁协同工作能力强,空腹箱形型钢设置可以有效地降低构件的自重,提高结构的经济性能。实际工程应用中,注意型钢外伸翼缘处混凝土的施工质量,保证型钢与混凝土粘结良好。
The experimental research on the hollow steel box girder with profiled steel flange is carried out under vertical load. The experimental research shows that the steel box girder of profiled steel flange has good overall performance, high bearing capacity and good ductility. In practical engineering applications, pay attention to the quality of construction of the concrete at the outrigger flange of the steel and ensure a good bond between the steel and the concrete.
