本文研究尿素-氢氧化钾法制浆。通过使用尿素和氢氧化钾对麦草进行预处理,在控制尿素、氢氧化钾用量,温度、升温及保温时间条件下,使麦草化机浆成浆得率达到65%以上。结果表明:在尿素用量12%、氢氧化钾用量8%、蒸煮温度120℃、升温时间60min、保温时间90min时,纸浆得率为65.72%,成纸的环压强度指数9.63N.m.g-1、裂断长4.86km、紧度0.51g.cm-3,达到瓦楞原纸国家标准(GB/T13023-2008)中A级水平。
This paper studies urea - potassium hydroxide pulp. Wheat straw was pretreated by using urea and potassium hydroxide, and the yield of wheat straw was 65% or more under the control of urea, potassium hydroxide dosage, temperature, temperature rising and holding time. The results showed that the yield of pulp was 65.72%, the crush strength of paper was 9.63Nmg-1, the breaking rate of urea was 12%, the dosage of potassium hydroxide was 8%, the cooking temperature was 120 ℃, the temperature was 60min and the holding time was 90min. Broken length 4.86km, tightness 0.51g.cm-3, reached the corrugated paper national standards (GB / T13023-2008) A level.
