询问笔录是卫生行政机关进行行政处罚时常用的执法文书,也是重要的法定证据之一。虽然国家卫生行政机关通过文书规范对询问笔录的制作提出了一定的规范和要求,但在执法实践中依然存在认识不足、制作不精等问题。作者通过对询问笔录从概念、制作过程中存在的问题及制作原则等方面展开探究,对卫生行政处罚询问笔录及其相关制作要求作一浅要分析。 Interrogation of transcripts is one of the most important statutory evidences. Although the national health administrative authorities have put forward certain norms and requirements for the production of inquiry transcripts through the instrument norms, there still exist some problems such as lack of understanding and poor production in law enforcement practice. The author explores the interrogation transcripts from the aspects of concepts, problems existing in the production process and production principles, and makes a brief analysis of the transcripts of the administrative sanctions for sanitation and their related production requirements.
