介绍了混合电源隔离工艺控制方法;重点分析了气体及固体隔离失效的机理、安全间隙距离、常用绝缘介质材料隔离特性;结合隔离失效实例,以500 V直流电压隔离要求为例,从电路结构、版图设计、操作等方面进行改进,从工艺上满足隔离要求,取得了明显效果。
In this paper, the control method of hybrid power source isolation process is introduced. The mechanism of gas and solid isolation failure, the safety clearance distance and the isolation characteristics of commonly used insulating materials are analyzed emphatically. Taking the 500V DC voltage isolation requirement as an example, Layout design, operation and other aspects of improvement, from the process to meet the isolation requirements, and achieved significant results.
