抗辩式教学的优越性日益受到关注。然而,我们对于抗辩技巧课程的性质、课程的结构、案例的选择、案例的分析、证据的运用等问题,还没有形成清晰的认识和共识。于此,本文探讨了抗辩技巧课的案例筛选、课程设计要件和课程设计结构问题,尝试性地提供了一种抗辩技巧课的教学范例,以期细化地讨论课程设置的具体样态。
Advantages of defensive teaching are receiving increasing attention. However, we have not yet come to a clear understanding and consensus on the nature of counter-skill courses, the structure of courses, the selection of cases, the analysis of cases and the application of evidence. In this paper, the article discusses the case screening, the elements of curriculum design and the structure of curriculum design in the defensive skills class, tentatively provides a teaching paradigm of defensive skills class, in order to discuss in detail the specific patterns of the curriculum.
