生产中由于催化剂的不成熟,利用甲缩醛目前生产通用型催化剂苯磺酸树脂生产DEM,生产过程中的混合液组分比较多,乙醇、DEM、水等组分两者或者三者之间都会形成恒沸物,分离难度大。针对目前客户需求,本研究的目的主要是出去混合液中的水。在实验的基础上,用当前工艺通用大型模拟软件aspen中的NRTL方程对实验数据进行校核,分析结果对以后的模拟研究提供可靠依据。
