企业竞争力研究是一个难题,人们虽然已经做了很多工作,也积累了比较丰厚的文献,但是,能够达成共识性的东西并不多。关于企业竞争力概念就形成了各种不同的观点,而对于企业竞争力指标体系更是缺乏基本的共识。但这也给进一步研究留下了更多的空间。谈到竞争力,人们更多地将其视为一种行为上的博弈,但博弈取胜必须要有能力,因此,将竞争力视为一种能力更容易理解和把握。企业要提供产品和服务,总是离不开资源的获取与运用,谁在这方面做得好,谁自然就会拥有优势。因此,本文将企业竞争力定义为企业获取资源及配置资源的能力,并据此确定了企业竞争力的指标体系,再以中央企业上市公司为样本进行案例研究。
Research on the competitiveness of enterprises is a difficult problem. Although people have done a lot of work and accumulated rich literature, there are not many things that can reach a consensus. On the concept of competitiveness of enterprises formed a variety of different points of view, but for the competitiveness of enterprises index system is the lack of basic consensus. But it also leaves more room for further research. When it comes to competitiveness, people regard it more as a behavioral game, but the game must have the ability to win. Therefore, it is easier to understand and grasp competitiveness as an ability. Enterprises must provide products and services, is always inseparable from the acquisition and use of resources, who do well in this regard, who will naturally have the advantage. Therefore, this paper defines the competitiveness of enterprises as the ability of enterprises to acquire resources and allocate resources, and then determines the index system of competitiveness of enterprises. Then the case study of the listed companies of central enterprises is taken as a sample.
