目的：为临床药师参与心肌梗死后左心室血栓患者的抗栓治疗提供参考。方法临床药师对1例心肌梗死后合并室壁瘤、左心室血栓患者开展药学监护并提出合理化的药学建议。结果与结论医师采纳药师建议，患者抗栓治疗成功，左心室血栓消失。临床药师积极协助临床医师优化抗栓治疗方案，可保障抗栓治疗的安全、有效。“,”Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacist par-ticipating in antithrombotic therapy for patients with left ventricular thrombus after acute myocardial infarction .Methods Clinical pharma-cist carried out pharmaceutical care on a case of left ventricular thrombus after acute myocardial infarction with ventricular aneurysm , and gave ra-tionalized advice. Results and Conclusion Antithrombotic therapy eventually succeeded with the left ventricular thrombus disappeared , after pharmacist ’ s advice accepted by physicians .Efficacy and safety of the antithrombotic therapy were improved through clinical pharmacist ’ s assis-ting the physicians to optimize the antithrombotic therapy .
