我国的海滨平原多数是海洋动力作用下形成的,过去由于认识上的局限,误认为冲积、湖积成因。五十年代末以来,随着区域地质、水文工程地质和浅层天然气调查的全面开展,特别是近十年来,由于鉴别相手段的增多,这些海积平原才被逐渐认识和肯定下来。笔者在沿海地质调查中,对第四纪泥质海相沉积层的形成过程以及如何鉴别泥质海相沉积层,进行了多方面观察研究,获得一些看法。
Most of the seaside plains in our country are formed under the action of the ocean motions. In the past, due to the limitation of cognition, they were mistakenly identified as alluvial and lacustrine causes. Since the late 1950s, as the investigation of regional geology, hydrological engineering geology and shallow gas have been carried out in an all-round way, especially since the increase of means of identification in the past ten years, these marine plains have been gradually recognized and affirmed. In the coastal geological survey, the author made various observations on the formation process of the Quaternary sedimentary marine sediments and how to identify the muddy marine sediments, and obtained some opinions.
