采用边界元方法建立了某大型高炉炉缸炉底侵蚀判定的数学模型.该模型用于推定高炉炉底1150℃等温线的位置和形状,以了解和分析炉缸炉底的破损情况.结果表明,边界元方法在近似单一介质热传导问题中所建立的数学模型用来预测高炉炉缸炉底侵蚀状况,有省时、精度可控的优点.
The boundary element method is used to establish the mathematical model of the hearth erosion judgment of a large blast furnace hearth. The model is used to estimate the position and shape of the 1150 ℃ isotherm at the bottom of the blast furnace to understand and analyze the damage of the bottom of the hearth. The results show that the mathematical model established by the boundary element method in the approximate single-medium heat conduction problem can be used to predict the bottom erosion state of the blast furnace hearth, saving time and controlling the accuracy.
