假肥大型肌营养不良肌肉组织神经元型一氧化氮合酶的变化

目的 观察假肥大型肌营养不良患者骨骼肌组织中nNOS的表达情况。方法 用NADPH 黄递酶组织化学染色法和抗nNOS抗体免疫组织化学法对正常对照 (10名 )、肌营养不良 (36例 )和其他神经肌肉病患者 (18例 )肌组织标本进行分析。结果 发现正常对照和非肌营养不良神经肌肉病以及LGMD、FSHD患者肌膜上染色阳性 ,DMD肌膜上染色阴性 ,BMD肌膜上染色弱阳性或阴性。结论 正常对照和非DMD/BMD神经肌肉病肌膜上存在丰富的nNOS ,DMD/BMD肌膜上nNOS缺乏或减少。nNOS参与调节肌肉的正常生理功能 ,其减少可能与DMD/BMD肌肉变性坏死有关。 Objective To observe the expression of nNOS in skeletal muscle of patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Methods NADPH diaphorase histochemical staining and anti-nNOS antibody immunohistochemistry were used to analyze the muscle tissue of normal controls (10), muscular dystrophy (36 cases) and other neuromuscular diseases (18 cases). The results showed that normal control and non-muscular dystrophy neuromuscular disease and LGMD, FSHD patients were stained positive on the sarcolemma, DMD myometrial staining was negative, weak staining of BMD muscle membrane was positive or negative. Conclusion The nNOS is abundant in the sphincter of normal control and non-DMD / BMD neuromuscular disease, and the lack or decrease of nNOS in DMD / BMD sarcolemma. nNOS is involved in the regulation of the normal physiological function of muscle, which may be related to the degeneration and necrosis of muscle in DMD / BMD.
