几年来新课程改革给我们带来了一些挑战和机遇,也带来了许多困惑和问题。譬如中学武术教学没有受到体育教师重视,而中学武术教材是《体育课程标准》的内容之一,它是中学体育教育教学的重要组成部分,也是根据中学生生理和心理特征的编选的。中学武术教学在整个体育课中所占的比重时数很有限,而每堂课只能占用15至20分左右时间。去年2008奥运会,我国奥运健儿的夺金精彩情景更是学生感到很大兴趣。因此,给武术教学带来生机和活力。所以,在教学中使学生速成与提高值得进一步探讨。本人经过几年的实践和摸索,总结了一点经验,与同行们商榷。
