校外导师制是翻译硕士培养质量中的关键环节。本研究以上海某大学外国语学院的翻译硕士校外导师管理实践经验和探索为例,探讨现有管理体制中存在的问题,包括资格认定的问题、职称问题、考核与奖惩问题及校内外导师的协调问题等,并试图对校外导师立体管理机制提出一些建议和对策,即每个培养单位可以从实际需要出发,结合国家教育部的要求和MTI教指委的指导,建立从聘任遴选机制、培训机制、定期沟通机制和考核鼓励机制组成的校外导师立体管理模式。
The external tutor system is the key link in the quality of master’s program of translation. In this study, we take the practical experience and exploration of the outside tutor management of the translation master of Shanghai University foreign language college as an example to discuss the existing problems in the management system, including the qualification, the title, the assessment and rewards and punishment and the coordination between tutors Problems and so on. At the same time, it tries to put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to the three-dimensional management mechanism of out-of-school tutors.
