第十一届国际自动控制联合会IFAC世界学术大会,于1990年8月在苏联塔林举行,出席本届大会的有1300多人,分别来自41个国家及地区.其中中国53人,是历届参加世界大会人数最多的一次.本届大会共收到论文约1500篇,大大超过了上届大会(1100篇).经过国际程序委员会评审,共录取了594篇论文,其中美国94篇,中国60篇,日本60篇,苏联40篇,在数量上我国已与日本并列第二位.
The 11th IFAC World Academic Congress, held in Tallinn, the Soviet Union in August 1990, attended this conference with over 1,300 participants from 41 countries and regions, of which 53 were from China, World Congress, the largest number of this session of the General Assembly received a total of about 1500 papers, greatly surpassing the previous General Assembly (1100) .After the review of the International Program Committee, a total of 594 papers were accepted, of which 94 in the United States, 60 in China , 60 in Japan and 40 in the Soviet Union. China ranks second with Japan in terms of quantity.
