我国加入WTO,对交通系统的科技企业来说,既是挑战,更是机遇!同时,加入WTO后,意味着国内市场将逐步与国际市场接轨。我国科技企业既面临难得的机遇,同时也要承担巨大的风险。善战者谋势,面对强手,只有分析利弊,制定对策,才能抓住机遇,化弊为利,加快发展。重庆交通科研设计院在这方面走到了前面。日前,记者就入世后科技企业的发展思路、发展方向等问题,采访了重庆交通科研设计院院长张力。
