在成人,重力对通气和血流灌注分布的影响呈同步反应,在儿童,通气分布对重力的反应则与成人相反。本研究旨在测定儿童血流灌注是否与成人的反应一致。方法:以~(99m)锝大颗粒聚白蛋白静脉注射测定灌血分布;以吸入~(81m)氪测定通气分布。受试者为18例儿童(5月~11岁,女10、男8)和7例成人(29~59岁,男5、女2)。所有病人都有不同疾病或症状,胸部X 线正常或有病变。病人吸入~(81m)氪,用γ照相机先拍摄仰卧位时的胸部通气图像,换成侧卧位后再拍摄第2张后胸部图像。对于血流灌注图像,先以1/3剂量(75 MBg/70kg)~(99m)锝标记的大颗粒聚白蛋
In adults, the effect of gravity on the distribution of ventilation and perfusion shows a synchronous response, whereas in children, the response of ventilation to gravity is the opposite of that of adults. The aim of this study was to determine if childhood blood perfusion is consistent with that of adults. Methods: The distribution of hemoperfusion was measured by intravenous injection of ~ (99m) technetium big particle poly albumin. The ventilation distribution was determined by inhalation of ~ (81m) krypton. Subjects were 18 children (May-11, 10, 8) and 7 adults (29-59, 5, 2). All patients have different diseases or symptoms, chest X-ray normal or lesions. Patient inhaled ~ (81m) krypton, using a gamma camera to photograph the chest ventilation in the supine position, and converted to a lateral position before taking the second chest image.
