However, there are a series of issues that seriously restrict its own development such as weak infrastructure, too short industrial chain, low resource utilization rate and prominent institutional barriers. Therefore, it is necessary to address Huining tourism’s sustainable development by focusing on the actual situation of Huining tourism resources and in accordance with the laws governing the development of tourism economy, deepening the strategic innovation of red tourism and vigorously extending the industrial chain.
