中国消费者协会于1991年11月6日到8日在北京举行了社会主义消费问题理论研讨会。参加会议的代表有来自全国各地研究消费理论的专家、学者和从事消费者协会工作的同志、新闻单位记者共40余人。研讨会围绕在社会主义条件下消费的地位和作用、社会主义消费观以及引导消费和制订消费政策等三个专题,进行了认真的、深入的讨论。现将研讨会集中讨论的三个专题综述如下: 一、关于在社会主义条件下消费在国民经济发展中的地位和作用问题与会同志分析了在社会主义条件下消费在社会再生产中的地位和作用问题,一致认为,马克思在《政治经济学批判导言》中的论述对于认识和处理我国社会主义制度下消费与生产的关系问题具有重大的理论与实践意义。与会同志认为,过去我们强调了生产决定消费,这当然是对的。但是,往往忽视消费对生产的反作用
The Chinese Consumers' Association held a seminar on the theory of consumption in socialism in Beijing from November 6 to November 8, 1991. Representatives attending the conference included experts, scholars, consultants from all over the country who worked in the consumer theory and comrades and press agencies with more than 40 reporters. The seminar conducted a serious and in-depth discussion on the three topics of the status and role of consumption under the conditions of socialism, the concept of socialist consumption, guiding the consumption and formulating the consumption policy. The three topics focused on the seminar will now be summarized as follows: I.
