本文介绍了用2kW CO_2激光器对486Q汽油机合金铸铁凸轮轴进行激光表面处理的试验结果。表明选用螺旋式激光扫描方式,可使凸轮轴局部表面形成螺旋状硬化带,其硬化层组织为极细莱氏体、细针状马氏体,硬化效果显著。现场装机进行耐久试验的最大磨损为0.009mm。磨损平均值0.007mm,使用寿命提高3倍。硬化后的同轴变形均≤0.05mm,充分显示出激光表面热处理的优越性。
This paper introduces the experimental results of laser surface treatment of 486Q gasoline engine alloy cast iron camshaft with 2kW CO_2 laser. The results show that the spiral laser scanning method is adopted, which can make the camshaft partial surface form a spiral hardened zone. The hardened layer is composed of extremely fine ledeburite and fine needle-like martensite, and the hardening effect is remarkable. The maximum wear on site for durability testing is 0.009mm. Wear average of 0.007mm, improve service life of 3 times. Hardened coaxial deformation are ≤ 0.05mm, fully demonstrated the superiority of laser surface heat treatment.
