12月3~5日,珠委就港口、航道建设的急切要求,结合口门导治与围垦,在虎门口召开了现场座谈会。交通部广州航道局、黄埔港务管理局、第四航务工程局、广东省水电厅、城建局、航运局、华侨农场管理局、珠江农场、广州市水电局、城市规划局以及南海海洋研究所、广州地理研究所、东莞县、番禺县等21个单位的代表参加了会议。会议期间,代表们现场勘察了广州出海水道、黄埔港扩建规划的新沙港区以及狮子洋、伶仃洋航道疏浚工程规划中考虑卸泥结合围垦的浅滩区。对于黄埔港扩建规划的港区选择以及狮子洋、伶仃洋航道疏浚泥沙近4,000万方的卸泥区如何结合港口建设用地与农业围垦等问题,大家广泛地交换了意见。
From December 3 to December 5, the committee of the Pearl River Committee held an on-site symposium on the urgent requirements for the construction of the port and waterway, in combination with the guidance and reclamation of the port. The Guangzhou Waterway Bureau, the Huangpu Port Authority, the Fourth Navigation Engineering Bureau, the Guangdong Provincial Hydropower Bureau, the Urban Construction Bureau, the Maritime Administration, the Overseas Chinese Farm Management Bureau, the Pearl River Farm, the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Water and Electricity, the Urban Planning Bureau and the South China Sea Marine Research Institute, Guangzhou Institute of Geography, Dongguan County, Panyu County, 21 units attended the meeting. During the meeting, delegates surveyed onsite the Xinsha Port area in Guangzhou’s out of the sea channel and Huangpu Port expansion project and the shoal area in the planning of the Lizyangyang and Lingdingyang Channel dredging projects considering the combination of revetment and reclamation. We exchanged opinions extensively on how to choose the port of Huangpu Harbor for expansion planning as well as how nearly 40 million dredged silt in the Lions Ocean and Lions Ocean and the Lingdingyang Ocean Shipping Project combined with the port construction land and agricultural reclamation.
