兴化市老年大学烹饪班自开办以来期期爆满,之所以如此火爆,究其原因主要是烹饪课程生动实用,贴近实际,贴近生活。烹饪班坚持理论与实践相结合,边理论边实践的教学方法,深受学员欢迎。理论课重点介绍烹饪技艺的发展过程,讲解烹饪的意义和菜肴制作的方法、要求,把烹饪作为一种文化进行研究。
