2002年下半年以来,京穗等地楼市接连拉响警报:一方面购房者发现房价早已成了生命中不能承受之重;另一方面,开发商新一轮的“圈地运动”仍在如火如荼地高歌猛进。于是不少业界人士与经济学家担心十年前曾重创海南经济的房地产泡沫将重现江湖,关于国内房地产业是否存在泡沫又展开了一场新的争论。中国社科院金融研究中心的易宪容和中国社科院经济研究所的汪利娜两位专家以及一些业界人士对此发表了自己的观点——
