老化线粒体功能受损是老年人系统器官生理机能降低的主要原因之一,氧化损伤是其重要机制。本文综述了氧化损伤与老化线粒体功能受损之间的关系,指出了不足,提出了假设。
The impaired mitochondrial function is one of the main reasons for the decline of physiological function in the elderly. Oxidative damage is an important mechanism. This article reviews the relationship between oxidative damage and impaired mitochondrial function, points out the shortcomings and puts forward the hypothesis.
