菠萝盛产于广东,因吃菠萝引起过敏性休克,甚属罕见。我院子1963年7月26日曾收容1例,兹介绍如下以供参考。患者×××,住院号66042,女性、30岁、农民,于入院前2小时,吃了一个约8两重的菠萝,吃前没有削去菠萝毛丁(注),吃后觉胃内发痒、皮肤潮红、头晕眼花、四肢乏力,继而呕吐3次,呕吐物为胃内容物及菠萝残渣。以后大汗淋漓、眼前发黑、大小便失禁,旋即昏迷不省人事。由旁人抬送入院。体格检查:体温38℃,脉搏92,呼吸31.血压不能测到。患者发育良好,营养中等,神智昏迷呈休克状,
