为了能更好地完成中学冬季体育教学的任务,实现素质教育、健康第一和阳光体育运动的体育教学目标,将启发式教学模式引入中学冬季速度滑冰体育课教学中。依据中学生的生理、心理和身体素质生身等体特征,确立速滑课教学中启发式教学模式的教学指导思想,以及科学设计教学程序、教学目标的长远效益和教学中学生为主的教学原则;采取以启迪学生的思维为核心构建和谐、宽松的教学环境,利用多媒体手段激发学生的兴趣,引导学生互动,用学生易接受的语言讲解,教学手段多样化等“启发式”教学方法使学生更好地掌握速度滑冰的基本技术、基本技能及速度滑冰的相关知识。利用启发式教学来激发学生思维,使学生在观察中引起思考,从实践中得到启迪,获得意念的变化,达到独立解决速度滑冰教学中难点问题的目的。
