随着我国高等教育的发展,各高校管理体制和人事制度改革的不断深化,劳动用工数量越来越多,劳动用工管理面临许多新情况和新问题,由于用工管理不规范而导致的劳动合同纠纷频繁发生,影响了学校正常的教学科研工作秩序。如何完善制度建设,转变用工机制和管理方式,建立健全有效的劳动争议预防和调解机制,规范劳动用工管理是需要我们探讨的亟待解决的问题。
