国务院办公厅印发的《老年教育发展规划(2016-2020年)》(以下简称《发展规划》)明确要求,各老年大学应“因地制宜、特色发展”。所谓特色,就是要有自己的特点,要有自己的思路和做法。老年大学创办三十多年的历史也充分表明,与时俱进,不断创新,创设适合自己发展的特色之路,不仅是老年大学提高教学质量的生命线,更是老年大学可持续发展的不竭动力。本文以徐州老年大学为例,简要介绍该校落实《发展规划》精神,坚持在特色中求规范,在规范中求创新,努力创设教学特色方面的具体举措。他们的教学特色可用四句话概括,即:确立一组理念;突出“两个中心”;抓住三项重点;创新“四个课堂”。这对各老年大学在学习《发展规划》过程中,如何创设自己的教学特色,有一定的启发和借鉴作用。
The “Development Plan for Elderly Education (2016-2020)” (hereinafter referred to as “Development Plan”) issued by the General Office of the State Council clearly requires that all elder universities should “adapt to local conditions and develop their own characteristics”. The so-called characteristics, is to have its own characteristics, have their own ideas and practices. The history of the university for more than thirty years since its founding also fully shows that advancing with the times, innovating ceaselessly and creating characteristics suitable for one’s own development are not only the lifelines of the elder universities for improving teaching quality, but also the inexhaustible development of the elder universities power. Taking Xuzhou Geriatric University as an example, this article gives a brief introduction of the specific measures taken by the university to implement the spirit of “development planning”, adhere to the principle of seeking norms in characteristics, seek innovation in norms, and strive to create teaching characteristics. Their teaching features can be summed up in four sentences, namely: to establish a set of ideas; highlight “two centers ”; catch three key points; innovation “four classes ”. This will provide some enlightenment and reference to how to establish their own teaching characteristics in the course of learning “Development Planning” among the elder universities.
