湖北钟祥县会计学会于1983年3月11日正式成立,并选出第一届理事会.该会成立后将扎扎实实地为该县财会工作和财会人员做几件事.目前要做的工作,一是开办会计训练班,第一期招收工商企业的出纳、记帐和准备到财会岗位接班的人员.第二期招收企业分管财务工作的领导人、财会科(股)长和主管会计.二是准备组织调查组,由会计师带队,分别到县氮肥厂、磷肥厂和商业局所属纺织品公司、副食品公司进行调查.针对出现的新情况、新问题开展研究工作.三是农村实行生产承包责任制以后,有些地方开始实行会计人员的招聘制度.几个专业户或几个生产队联合聘请一个会
