(1)《铁路路基设计规范》规定护墙可采用50号、75号两种水泥沙浆砌筑,没有规定各自的适用范围。一些深路堑中的高大护墙,有的为两级或两级以上护墙,施工中采用了50号水泥沙浆砌筑(建设单位、设计单位和施工单位均认为符合要求)。再加上砌筑质量不好,护墙成了危墙。例如:浙赣线K597~+520~+702深路堑中的两级护墙,1992年建成,验收时因左侧护墙开裂等原因未通过,将左侧护墙做了些局部返工(凿缝重勾)以后,至1993年才交给工务段。1994年6月又发生右侧护墙开裂、臌凸,危及行车安全,只好拆除重建。造
