早在1954年,台湾著名学者李济先生在谈到重建中国上古史时,曾经给出一个判断—“要多注意北方,那里有我们更早的祖先,长城以北,是列祖列宗之所在。”这是一个有如灵光慧眼般超迈时代意义的判断。可惜,因为特殊的历史背景,李济先生没有可能亲到“长城以北”求证他的判断。同时,人们大都囿于黄河是中华文明摇篮的传统认识,对这位海峡那边的前辈所指引的光芒或无缘得见或无所领会。
