1.前言钢丝绳是物料搬运技术领域里最重要而又最复杂的机械元件之一。尽管它具有一个很大的“内在安全性”,但在计算钢丝绳直径,选择钢丝绳结构,设计钢丝绳驱动系统以及在检查维护钢丝绳方面,仍应遵循一定的准则。由于有许多影响因数在同时起作用,至今还不可能预先计算出钢丝的实际应力和钢丝绳的寿命,所以试验研究工作对于钢丝绳发展新型结构以及计算钢丝绳直径起着决定性的作用。
1. Introduction Wire ropes are one of the most important and complex mechanical components in the field of material handling technology. Despite its great “inherent safety,” certain guidelines should still be followed in the calculation of rope diameter, selection of wire rope construction, design of wire rope drive systems, and inspection and maintenance of ropes. Since many influence factors work at the same time, so far it is impossible to calculate the actual stress of the wire and the life of the wire rope in advance. Therefore, experimental research plays a decisive role in the development of the new structure of the wire rope and in the calculation of the wire rope diameter.
