世界卫生组织为推动残疾的预防康复事业的发展,组织多次专家讨论后,制定了“国际残损、残疾与残障分类”(InternationalClassification of Impairments、Disabilitiesand Handicaps,ICIDH),于1980年公布供各国参照实施,国际上纷纷引用,但迄今我国研究残疾学、康复学的人们对此甚少注意,为便于同行研究参照,现将此分类简要介绍。 In order to promote the development of disability prevention and rehabilitation, WHO organized the International Experts’ Review on Disabilities and Handicaps (ICIDH) after many expert discussions and was published in 1980 for reference by all countries , All of them have been quoted in the world.
