对宝钢COREX-3000风口破损现象进行了分析研究,得出风口破损是高温熔损和气流冲刷磨损共同作用的结果。通过对COREX风口燃烧区热分布的分析,提出可以从5个方面采取措施减少高温熔损,延长风口寿命。基于以上研究,宝钢采用了使用宝钢小块焦代替部分山西焦和氧气氮气混合鼓风代替纯氧鼓风的措施,有效改善了风口使用寿命;同时,全面分析了该改进措施对COREX所产生的影响。分析结果表明:宝钢小块焦的使用改善了炉料的透气性,避免了风口燃烧区的热量聚集;氧气氮气混合喷吹减少了风口燃烧区的热量产生量、降低了气流的导热能力,同时在风口表面形成了氮化碳保护薄层,从而起到保护风口、延长风口使用寿命的作用。
The damage phenomenon of Baosteel COREX-3000 tuyere was analyzed and concluded that the tuyere rupture was the result of joint action of high temperature meltdown and airflow erosion. Based on the analysis of the thermal distribution in the combustion zone of COREX tuyere, it is proposed that measures can be taken to reduce the high temperature melt loss and extend the life of the tuyere from five aspects. Based on the above research, Baosteel adopted the measures of using Baosteel small coke to replace part of Shanxi coke and oxygen-nitrogen mixed blast instead of pure oxygen blast to effectively improve the service life of tuyere. At the same time, a comprehensive analysis was made of the effect of the improvement measures on COREX influences. The results show that the use of small coke in Baosteel improves the gas permeability of the charge and avoids the heat accumulation in the tuyere combustion zone. The oxygen-nitrogen mixed injection reduces the amount of heat generated in the tuyere combustion zone and reduces the thermal conductivity of the gas flow. The surface of the tuyere formed carbon nitride protection sheet, which play a role in protecting the tuyere and extending the service life of tuyere.
