国家供髓者机构(National Marrow Donor Pro-gram)于1986年在美国成立,是海军部资助建立的骨髓移植(BMT)志愿献髓者登记机构。在有关市民、移植医生和美国三大血库组织的共同努力下发展起来。机构由供体中心、采髓中心、移植中心及协调管理中心组成,专家组织为决策机构,由专家组织任命或会员单位选举的委员会负责处理会员资格,执行标准,财政、供者登记、组织相容性研究等事宜。NMDP现有103个供体中心,25个边远地区供体管理站和65个采髓中心,另外还有德国、以色列、荷兰三个外国成员单位。至1992年9月已有675,780个潜
The National Marrow Donor Pro-gram, established in the United States in 1986, is a voluntary donor registry for bone marrow transplants (BMT) funded by the Admiralty. It was developed with the joint efforts of the citizens, transplant doctors, and the three major U.S. blood bank organizations. The organization consists of a donor center, a mining center, a transplantation center, and a coordination management center. The expert organization is a decision-making body.
