作为企业办园体制下的幼儿园,在企业文化底蕴的影响下应不断尝试办园方向与理念的创新,运用其特有的园本文化来传递企业的主流文化,来影响员工的观念和行为,进一步提高员工专业化成长的意识和能力,让他们都能成为企业文化与园本文化的探索者、传播者、代言者和提升者,从而共同促进幼儿园可持续发展。因此,园本文化的建设在推动幼儿园发展中起着不可低估的作用。
As a kindergarten under the park-run system, under the influence of corporate culture, we should constantly try to innovate the direction and philosophy of the park and use its unique campus culture to convey the mainstream culture of the enterprise to influence the staff’s concept and behavior. Enhance the professional awareness of employees and ability to grow, so that they can become a corporate culture and the culture of enterprisers, communicators, advocates and aspirants, so as to jointly promote the sustainable development of kindergartens. Therefore, the construction of the park culture plays an important role in promoting the development of kindergarten.
