【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing in pediatric surgery laparoscopic perioperative period. Methods： 120 children with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were studied. According to different nursing methods， they were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group （n=60） underwent routine nursing， and the experimental group （n=60） underwent systematic rehabilitation. The postoperative feeding time， hospitalization time， and adverse reaction rate were statistically analyzed.
