近几年作者曾诊治4例有手淫行为的男性学龄前儿童。现报告如下: 本组4例中,年龄3～4岁。病程:3月至6月。均系企事业单位家属。3例已入幼儿园,1例由家人抚养。全身及生殖器发育均正常,无性早熟征象。智力正常,均无明确的性知识概念。3例因无意中刺激生殖器,感到欣快,而促使其发生;1例因包皮龟头部份粘连,包皮垢存留,发痒而摩擦。手淫时均以手玩弄阴茎,致使阴茎充分勃起。其中2例有阴茎抵磨硬物(床沿或木凳),伴以骨盆运动,肌肉紧张、皮肤潮红、出汗及舒畅感觉等征象。但均未有射精样尿道排液,阴茎即疲软而恢复常态。1 In recent years, the author has diagnosed and treated 4 male preschool children who have masturbation behavior. Now report as follows: The group of 4 cases, aged 3 to 4 years old. Course of disease: March to June. All enterprises and their families. 3 cases have entered kindergarten, 1 case raised by their families. Body and genital development are normal, signs of asexual precocious. Normal intelligence, there is no clear concept of sexual knowledge. 3 cases inadvertently stimulate the genitals, feel euphoric, which prompted its occurrence; a case of glans caused by partial adhesions, smegma retention, itching and friction. Masturbation, both hands when playing with the penis, resulting in full penis erection. Two of them had penile abrasions (bed edges or wooden stools) accompanied by signs of pelvic motility, muscle tension, skin flushing, sweating and feeling of comfort. However, no ejaculate urethral discharge, the penis that is weak and resume normal. 1
