螯合柱撑有机膨润土同时吸附去除冶炼废水中的镉和苯酚

采用表面活性剂十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(HDBAC)和螯合剂四乙烯五铵(TEPA)复合改性制备成螯合柱撑有机膨润土(MB),通过批量试验研究MB对冶炼废水中镉和苯酚的去除效果。结果表明,(1)当HDBAC载入量为80%膨润土阳离子交换容量(CEC),螯合剂和膨润土的配比为0.4 mL/g,吸附时间为60 min,pH=7.0的条件下,MB对镉和苯酚的去除率分别可达85.1%和89.6%;(2)采用MB处理同时含镉和苯酚的模拟冶炼废水,镉的去除率随着苯酚浓度的增大而增大,而苯酚的去除率受镉浓度的影响较小;(3)MB对实际冶炼废水中镉和酚类物质的去除率分别为88.0%和99.9%,采用生石灰预处理后投加0.01 g MB,废水中苯酚和镉的质量浓度分别为0.001 mg/L和0.01 mg/L,均达到污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996),其中镉的排放浓度达到铅、锌工业污染物排放标准(GB 25466-2010)。 The chelating pillared organic bentonite (MB) was prepared by compound modification of surfactant cetyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride (HDBAC) and chelator tetraethylene pentamine (TEPA), and the MB pairs Removal Effect of Cadmium and Phenol in Smelting Wastewater.
