本文研究了机械振动切削法制造金属短纤维的生成域。实验结果和理论分析表明:纤维生成域不仅取决于切削参数,也取决于刀具角度和振动杆的固有频率。提高切削速度、降低振动杆固有频率、适当增大刀具后角是扩大纤维生成域的有效途径。
In this paper, the mechanical vibration cutting method to produce metal staple fiber generation domain. Experimental results and theoretical analysis show that the fiber domain depends not only on the cutting parameters but also on the tool angle and the natural frequency of the vibrating rod. Improve the cutting speed and reduce the natural frequency of vibrating rod. Appropriately increasing the tool clearance is an effective way to enlarge the fiber domain.
