为了提高面齿轮副的强度并解决其磨齿问题,提出了弧线齿面齿轮副的一种新的加工方法,并研究其啮合特性。用有刀倾的刀盘旋转而成的切削面作为假想齿轮的齿面,模拟产形齿轮和被加工齿轮啮合过程,推导弧线齿面齿轮副齿面方程;根据两齿面在啮合过程中连续相切条件,建立了考虑安装误差的轮齿接触分析(TCA)模型;齿轮副计算机啮合仿真结果表明,刀倾角、产形齿轮齿数、刀尖半径等加工参数和安装误差向量对啮合迹线和接触椭圆等参数影响较大。齿轮副的凹凸齿面有利于提高齿轮副强度,用现有砂轮和数控机床可实现面齿轮加工。
In order to improve the strength of surface gear pair and solve the problem of gear grinding, a new processing method of arc gear pair gear is proposed and its meshing characteristics are studied. The cutter face formed by the rotation of a cutter head with a knife is used as the tooth face of the hypothetical gear to simulate the meshing process of the gear and the gear to be machined and to derive the gear tooth flank equation of the arc gear. The gear tooth contact analysis (TCA) model considering the installation error was established. The results of computer simulation of the gear pair showed that the machining parameters such as the tool angle, gear tooth number, tool nose radius and the installation error vector, And contact ellipse and other parameters have a greater impact. The concave and convex tooth flanks of the gear pair are helpful to improve the strength of the gear pair, and the face gear can be processed with the existing grinding wheel and CNC machine tool.
