一战以后 ,德国在远东一方面实行“非强权政治”性政策 ,为迅速恢复和改善与中国和其他远东国家的关系 ,重返远东市场创造了条件。另一方面 ,德国承认日本在远东的霸权 ,百般迎合其对外扩张欲望 ,企图争取其在战争赔款、土地划分、裁军等问题上同情、理解和支持自己 ,严重损害了中国的权益。德国远东政策的上述特点反映了战后德国地位下降 ,日本在远东崛起的国际关系新格局 ,它对希特勒上台后的德国远东政策走向 ,产生了重要影响
After World War I, Germany implemented the “non-power politics” policy in the Far East and created the conditions for the rapid restoration and improvement of its relations with China and other Far East countries and the return to the Far East market. On the other hand, Germany has admitted that Japan’s hegemony in the Far East has met its appetites for foreign expansion in an attempt to gain sympathy, understanding and support for itself in matters such as war reparations, land demarcation and disarmament, which have seriously damaged China’s rights and interests. The above-mentioned characteristics of the Far East policy in Germany reflect the post-war German status decline and Japan’s new pattern of international relations rising in the Far East. It has had a significant impact on the orientation of Germany’s Far East policy after Hitler took office
