从一九七五年起,我们对铝合金LY12和LD10材料进行常温硬质阳极化试验。比较了约二百块试片和显微硬度,发现在硫酸中添加少量的苹果酸和甘油,不仅可以提高工作温度,而且对于克服铝合金普遍存在的“烧蚀”现象有显著效果。硬质阳极化零件有大量是LY12材料,含铜量在4%左右,以CuAl_2形式存在,极易使电流集中而造成零件局部过热溶解,并且难以达到需要的厚度和硬度。自从
Since 1975, we have conducted a hard anodizing test at room temperature on aluminum alloy LY12 and LD10. Compared with about 200 specimens and microhardness, it was found that the addition of a small amount of malic acid and glycerol to sulfuric acid not only increased the working temperature, but also had a significant effect on overcoming the “ablation” phenomenon prevalent in aluminum alloys.
