树脂类口腔修复材料被广泛应用于窝沟封闭、树脂粘接以及窝洞充填等口腔修复治疗。为提高树脂材料的生物性能和机械性能,大量新型树脂材料应运而生。研究表明,树脂基材料中未完全反应的残留单体可引起严重的细胞毒性和遗传毒性反应,造成细胞功能不可逆性损伤。文章对近年来复合树脂细胞毒性相关研究做一综述,以期在改善树脂类材料生物相容性方面提供帮助。
Resin-based dental prosthetic materials are widely used in pit and fissure sealant, resin bonding and cavity filling and other oral restoration treatment. To improve the biological properties and mechanical properties of resin materials, a large number of new resin materials came into being. Studies have shown that incompletely reacted residual monomers in resin-based materials can cause severe cytotoxic and genotoxic reactions, resulting in irreversible cell damage. This article reviews the researches on the cytotoxicity of composite resins in recent years, with a view to helping to improve the biocompatibility of resinous materials.
