数值模拟研究表明 ,减少微粒侵入支撑剂充填层从而改进裂缝导流能力的一个方法是优化选择支撑剂尺寸。近来的研究表明 ,在采用表面改性化学剂的支撑剂控制地层微粒的侵入时 ,为提高裂缝的导流能力 ,可根据需要对支撑剂尺寸的筛选规则做一定的调整。研究结果表明 ,防止地层微粒侵入的关键是形成稳定的支撑剂充填层 /地层界面
Numerical simulations have shown that one way to reduce particle penetration into the proppant pack to improve fracture conductivity is to optimize the choice of proppant size. Recent studies have shown that proppant with surface modification chemistry can adjust proppant sizing rules to improve the conductivity of fractures when controlling formation particle intrusion. The results show that the key to preventing formation particle intrusion is to form a stable proppant pack / formation interface
