At present, the stirring control technology in China’s mixed-soil production is relatively backward, and there are disadvantages such as low production efficiency, excessive cement consumption, high labor intensity, and poor quality of mixed-use soil. Therefore, the mixing control of micro-computers is introduced into the suspicious soil. In the field, it has been successfully tested in the mixing plant of the Wall Plate Factory of Yantai City Housing Construction Comprehensive Development Company in Shandong Province. The brief introduction is as follows. The device has three kinds of control methods: automatic control with microprocessor, manual program control system with punched card input ratio, and all manual control. It can display industrial production process, and produce results when various relevant parameters are displayed at regular intervals.
