本文报告了驻城区某高炮部队三个连队伙食单位的营养调查结果。城区部队在不允许养猪种菜,食品来源全靠标准伙食费购买的情况下,每人每日摄入热能13.079MJ(3126kcal),消耗热量为14.000MJ(3346kcal),维生素A、核黄素和抗坏血酸摄入偏低,致使其缺乏病发生率较高,分别为63.3%、26.7%和50.0%;优质蛋白占总蛋白摄入量的30%左右。战士体肌瘦弱者占36.7%。现行伙食费标准购得的食品不能满足战士营养需要,提示应引起各级领导的重视,作好计划膳食,合理烹调,必要时对伙食费予以适当补贴。
This article reports the findings of the nutrition survey conducted by the three company food units of an artillery unit in the city. In urban areas, where the unit does not allow pigs to grow vegetables and their food sources are purchased solely for standard meals, the daily intake of thermal energy per person is 13.079 MJ (3126 kcal) and calories burned are 14.000 MJ (3346 kcal). Vitamin A, The low intake of flavin and ascorbic acid led to a high prevalence of the deficiency, accounting for 63.3%, 26.7% and 50.0% respectively, and the high-quality protein accounted for about 30% of the total protein intake. Warrior thin body accounted for 36.7%. The current food standards for the purchase of food can not meet the nutritional needs of soldiers, suggesting that attention should be caused at all levels of leadership, make plans for the meal, reasonable cooking, if necessary, appropriate food subsidies subsidies.
