抗菌素对防治各种感染具有卓越的疗效;但任何一种抗菌药物不可能只单独作用于致病菌,而对人体或体内正常菌丛毫无不利影响。因此,应用抗菌素必需有辩证唯物主义的观点,既看到有利的一面:也要充分估计可能有害的一面。为了交流经验,达到少花钱、治好病的目的,从广泛应用抗菌素存在的问题出发,本刊最近就有关常用抗菌素滥用危害为重点组织了一次有临床和基础学科医(教)师参加的学术座谈会,今整理报导,供作参考。
