目的探讨矫正退行性下睑内翻的改良手术方法。方法对25例(32眼),退行性(老年性)下睑内翻施行眼轮匝肌缩短、下移固定联合眼睑后层组织的部分切除的手术方式进行治疗。结果退行性下睑内翻32眼均得到良好矫正,术后随访3～6个月未见复发病例。结论本组施行的改良手术方式从多个方面解决了退行性下睑内翻的发病因素,矫正效果良好。
Objective To explore a modified surgical method for correcting degenerative lower eyelid varus. Methods 25 cases (32 eyes) and degenerative (senile) inferior entropion were treated by shortening of the orbicularis oculi muscle, combined with partial removal of fixed posterior eyelid tissue. Results 32 cases of degenerative entropion were corrected well, and no recurrence was observed in 3 to 6 months postoperatively. Conclusion The improved surgical procedures in this group solve the etiopathogenisis of degenerative lower eyelid varus in many aspects and the correction effect is good.
