内燃机型冷热电联供系统的一个重要问题是如何有效利用两种不同品位的余热。本文以双源混效吸收式制冷为对象,就同时利用高温烟气余热和低温缸套水余热制冷进行研究;重点讨论了并联与串联两种结构模式,指出了双源工况下的热力制约关系,给出了并联模式在不同热源比下的特性。研究表明,串联模式易引起高压发生器正压运行,而并联模式可避免这一问题。以一台16 kW内燃机的余热为例,当部分负荷率变化时,制冷COP处于0.78到0.96之间。
An important issue for CCHP systems is how to effectively use the two types of waste heat. In this paper, dual-source mixed-mode absorption refrigeration is taken as the research object, and the high-temperature flue gas waste heat and low temperature liner water residual heat cooling are researched simultaneously. The two structure modes of parallel connection and series connection are mainly discussed. Relationship, given the characteristics of parallel mode in different heat source ratio. Research shows that series mode can easily cause high-voltage generator to operate at positive pressure, and parallel mode can avoid this problem. Taking a 16 kW internal combustion engine for example, when the partial load factor changes, the COP of the cooling system is between 0.78 and 0.96.
